Meetrix Freedom Office is a virtual conference room service that delivers an incredibly rich meeting experience right to your Microsoft Windows PC. Meetings can be as private or public as you need, supporting up to fourteen attendees. E-meeting attendees have the capability of seeing and speaking to one another simultaneously, never disrupting the natural meeting dynamic by taking turns to speak.

Meetrix e-meetings can be started in many ways, but the most popular way is through Freedom Instant Messenger (Freedom IM). One secure Freedom IM account is included in our $50 set-up fee. Anyone logged into Freedom IM can invite other Freedom IM buddies to e-meetings with a single click.
Guests (those without Freedom IM accounts) can be invited into e-meetings by email, via an calendar invitation or through a direct web-link to your public meeting web portal(i.e. http://freedom.meetrix.us/meetrix >try it now), hosted by Meetrix and secured with a password you select.
Meetrix e-meetings support whiteboarding, powerpoint presentations, and the ability to share virtually any application whether any of the other attendees have it installed or not. Or share your entire desktop with the helpdesk while seeing and speaking to the technician.
Meetrix is priced much like audio conferencing bridges: the creator of the meeting pays the fees for all attending. Time billed is calculated by multiplying the number of attendees by the duration of the meeting. Both Meetrix subscribers and non-subscribers may be invited to the same meetings and moderator status may be easily switched between users during the meeting.
